Reejig today announced leading Australian business executive Brian Hartzer has joined its Board of Directors as Chairman. His core focus is driving growth.

In addition to his previous role as Westpac Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Hartzer has extensive international leadership experience. This includes roles overseeing large-scale businesses in the US, UK, and Asia. He currently serves as Chairman of Beforepay, a Sydney-based Fintech startup. He is also a senior advisor to Quantium and Sayers Group.

As Chairman of Reejig, Mr. Hartzer will work closely with CEO Siobhan Savage, the Reejig Board, and its investor group. He supports the rapid scaleup and international expansion of Reejig's Work Operating System.

The appointment follows a recently completed $6 million Series A capital raise. Reejig uses audited Ethical AI to give enterprise businesses smart, informed workforce decisions.

Mr. Hartzer brings decades of experience managing some of the world's largest and most complex workforces. At Westpac, he led the shift towards organizational agility. He has long advocated for dynamic, flexible workforces. These achieve greater customer centricity, improved speed to market, stronger growth, and a more engaged workforce.

AI capability is compounding. Work visibility is not.

Brian Hartzer comments:

"The move towards organizational agility is here to stay. Many large companies adopt agile strategies. They put in place agile team structures, processes, and technology. But to maximize outcomes, companies need new approaches. Approaches that find, move, reskill, and engage their talent.

Reejig is a gamechanger for large organizations. It solves workforce agility. It gives management and workforce professionals 100% visibility of skills. It uses Ethical AI to identify and support fair, successful talent decisions.

I discovered Reejig at an early stage. I've been amazed by the quality of what they've built in a short period. I know from personal experience that Reejig solves an issue large companies have historically struggled with. Siobhan and the Reejig leadership team are exceptional. I couldn't be more excited to support them as they enter this period of rapid growth."

With a strong and growing client base including Woolworths, KPMG, Transport for NSW, John Holland, MYOB, APM, and UTS, Mr. Hartzer's appointment is the latest in a series of moves. These position Reejig for success as it expands organically into the US and UK markets.

Siobhan Savage, CEO and Co-Founder of Reejig, said of the announcement:

"We are so pleased to welcome Brian as Chairman of our board. Brian is well known for his track record of building high-performing, highly engaged teams. He has a passion for leadership development. His experience leading some of Australia's largest organizations will be invaluable. We build the way the world works.

His personal experience creating workforce agility within a major corporation strengthens Reejig. His commitment to building diverse, highly engaged teams is exactly what we need. We work to create a better future of work. One without bias, where everyone thrives at work."
