Three years into our journey, Reejig has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a 2022 Technology Pioneer. The recognition is for our innovation in the world's first independently audited Ethical AI. And our commitment to building the way the world works.

The World Economic Forum recognizes growth-stage companies from around the world. These companies use new technologies and innovations poised to reshape business and society. Past Technology Pioneers include Airbnb, Google, Twitter, Bloom Energy, Proteus Digital Health, and Spotify.

"We are proud, humbled, and delighted to be acknowledged as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum. This achievement recognizes our mission and the impact our technology has on people, businesses, and society."

Siobhan Savage, Founder and CEO, Reejig

Our mission has always been to build the way the world works. Our independently audited Ethical AI, certified by the University of Technology Sydney, is central to achieving this at scale.

We believe in a world where people are seen, heard, and valued. For the capabilities they bring to work. This matters as the global workforce shifts from roles-based to work-based models. No one should be left behind. Leaders and organizations around the world are co-creating this movement. Every journey matters. Together, we can do more.

The case for work visibility

People are the most valuable resource for many organizations. Yet workforce leaders responsible for aligning capability with work have operated without the right infrastructure. Until now.

The world needs visibility over capability and work.

On the people side, job opportunities must be visible. They must align with what a person can do. On the business side, people's capabilities need to be visible in intentional ways. Organizations must overcome any tendency to favor people who have been advantaged by skewed visibility and opportunity.

Every enterprise is deploying AI. Almost none can see the work they're deploying it into.

We believe progress requires three things:

  1. Equality of job visibility for all people. No matter their background or circumstance.
  2. Equality of capability visibility for businesses. No matter the background of the person.
  3. A reduction of barriers so their impact does not bias against traditionally marginalized groups.

Only then can we move toward a world where no one is left behind. Learn more about Reejig.

"It is no longer acceptable for potential to be wasted in people, business, and society. Leaders have a responsibility to ensure everyone has access to a meaningful career. They must build the infrastructure that makes work visible, fair, and accessible."

Siobhan Savage, Founder and CEO, Reejig

AI capability is compounding. Work visibility is not.

The Work Operating System makes work visible at the task level. It redesigns how work flows between humans and agents. And it proves ROI based on actual changes to work.
