Reejig recognized by the World Economic Forum as a 2022 Technology Pioneer

Three years into our journey, Reejig has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a 2022 Technology Pioneer. The recognition is for our innovation in the world's first independently audited Ethical AI and our commitment to building the way the world works.

The World Economic Forum recognizes growth-stage companies from around the world. These companies use new technologies and innovations poised to reshape business and society. Past Technology Pioneers include Airbnb, Google, Twitter, Bloom Energy, Proteus Digital Health, and Spotify.

Our mission has always been to build the way the world works. Our independently audited Ethical AI, certified by the University of Technology Sydney, is central to achieving this at scale.

We believe in a world where people are seen, heard, and valued for the skills and capabilities they bring to work. This matters as the global workforce shifts from roles-based to skills-based models. No one should be left behind. Leaders and organizations around the world are co-creating this movement. Every journey matters. Together, we can do more.

The case for work visibility

Human capital is the most valuable resource for many organizations. Yet people leaders responsible for aligning skills with work have operated without the right infrastructure. Until now.

The world needs visibility over skills and work.

On the talent side, job opportunities must be visible. They must align with a person's skills and capabilities. On the business side, people's skills need to be visible in intentional ways. Organizations must overcome any tendency to favor people who have been advantaged by skewed visibility and opportunity.

AI capability is compounding. Work visibility is not.

We believe progress requires three things:

1. Equality of job visibility for all people, no matter their background or circumstance.
2. Equality of skills visibility for businesses, no matter the background of the person with the skills.
3. A reduction of barriers so their impact does not bias against traditionally marginalized groups.

Only then can we move toward a world where no one is left behind. 

What comes next

Our recognition as a Technology Pioneer for innovation in Ethical AI takes us one step closer to our mission. We build the way the world works.

As a recognized Technology Pioneer, our CEO and Co-Founder Siobhan Savage will participate in World Economic Forum activities throughout the year. She will contribute to Forum initiatives over the next two years. We'll work with global leaders and decision-makers to address key industry and societal issues.
